Gyeongjin Lee (Alex) is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, Pilates educator, and graduate of the Merrithew™ Instructor Trainer Course, based in Singapore. She is passionate about blending classical Contrology with modern exercise science to create transformative movement experiences. With a background in hospitality and international event production, and years of global teaching experience, Gyeongjin brings a unique blend of precision, warmth, and professionalism to every class and collaboration. Her approach makes Pilates accessible, empowering, and globally relevant.

 

She created The Contrology Lab to support all Pilates instructors, especially Korean instructors, by bridging cultural and language barriers and expanding the possibilities of where and how Pilates can be shared.

 

In the education space, she mentors instructors, leads bilingual workshops, and develops programs that blend classical Contrology with modern exercise science. She is also the author of “Pilates Cueing in English – for Korean Instructors,” a bilingual guide designed to help Korean Pilates professionals teach with clarity and confidence on the international stage.

Through wellness and corporate programs, she curates mindful movement experiences for luxury hotels, private events, yachts, and corporate teams, making Pilates both elevated and approachable in diverse and high-end settings.​​
